Gopra

Gopra is a planet of dense jungles, sweeping savannahs and fathomless oceans. Yet, it is also the most democratic of worlds here. In the face of outside forces threatening invasion, Gopra’s minotaurs, leonin, aarakocra, centaur, grung, tabaxi, and other sentient species have learned to set aside their tribalistic ways and have formed a loose federation driven by diplomacy and civic rights (though there are those who oppose this way of life and seek a return to what some would call more primitive ways). Together, the elected leaders of the One Tribe seek to protect the pristine wilderness, using their own spacefaring might to defend its sanctity. They are very selective in their dealings with outside worlds, but do engage in trade and other relations. There is an undersea empire that threatens the surface world.
